Production process of artificial berries
Not a creature was stirring, not even a mouse;
The stockings were hung by the chimney with care,
In hopes that St. Nicholas soon would be there..."
The exciting Christmas season is just around the corner!
As an essential Christmas accessory, artificial berries are widely used in Christmas wreaths, Christmas trees, Christmas garland and more.
Adding rich festive atmosphere to the Christmas celebrations.
Today, I’d like to share with you the production process of our company’s artificial berries
The raw materials for Christmas berries are foam and plastic stems.
We offer foam balls in various sizes and plastic stems in a range of shapes.
Workers manually attach the foam balls to the plastic stems. The berry stems are then coated with adhesive and paint. The next step involves hand-painting and drying.
Based on the design plan, the berry stems can be finished in Christmas-style hues such as red, gold, and silver; they can also be made into spring-style berry stems in colors like green, or autumn-style berry stems in shades such as orange.
The adhesive and paint are environmentally friendly.
In the final stage, our skilled workers expertly combine the berry stems with other Christmas accessories, utilizing their superb craftsmanship to assemble them in a perfectly harmonious manner. This process results in the creation of a variety of uniquely shaped Christmas decorations.
With our craftsmanship and dedication, we contribute in our own humble way to those warm Christmas moments.
